
Phil is a software developer who has worked in the IT industry for 20 years, building systems for a variety of companies in the broadcasting, investment banking and fund management sectors.
Phil started his career in software development in 1997, using Java to help build a variety of entertainment websites for the commercial arm of the British Broadcasting Corporation. In 2000 he moved to investment bank Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, where he was technical lead on the bank's multi-award-winning, post-execution, trade enquiry tool.
In 2003 he moved to the fund management company Orbis, where he has developed many of the firm's critical accounting and compliance systems using .NET.
Phil currently lives in Bermuda.
